Sue believes that an able, active, and conditioned body is the foundation for an energetic and vital life. This philosophy is the basis for her personal training practice. With one of Sue’s personal training programs, you will gain the physical strength to drive and motivate you emotionally and mentally each day...for life.

Step one in creating your program is assessing your goals and lifestyle. By connecting with your vision, Sue will design a powerful “Strength for Life” program that will fit into your current life, and change and intensify as you progress through your goals.

Your personal Strength For Life program includes:

  • Fitness Assessment, Body Measurements, Energy Calculations and Progress Log
  • Your Personalized Workout detailing cardio, muscle/core building, and stretching exercises
  • Monthly reassessment and overhaul of program to challenge your body and avoid plateaus
  • Food log and nutritional resources to guide energy intake

Personal Training Program Rates

Strength of One - Train one-on-one with Sue

Single, one-hour session: $50.00 plus GST ($52.50)
10, one-hour session package: $475.00 plus GST ($498.75)

Strength in Numbers - Train with a buddy

Single, one-hour session for two: $35.00 plus GST (per person) ($36.75)
One session per week for two (10 week package): $332.50 plus GST (per person) ($349.13)
