Step 1: Contact Sue via email (sue@treadpowerfully.com) or by phone (905-580-9777) to discuss your interest in the program.

Step 2: Come out and experience a complimentary trial class to see how it works for your body and spirit. Just bring your signed Registration/Waiver and PAR-Q forms (print from green links below). NOTE: You must have completed forms on file in order to participate in classes; you will be asked to refrain from participating in classes until completed forms are on file.

Step 3: Select the season pass that works for you (all prices include GST) (see the schedule page for the 2010 Spring/Summer Season schedule that starts May 3rd for indoor classes and May 6th for outdoor classes).

Step 4a: If you are a returning member, please send Sue an email (sue@treadpowerfully.com) with your pass selection, and bring cash or a cheque (payable to Sue Abell) to your next class.

You will need to provide an updated PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness form) if there has been a change in your physical health.

Step 4b: If you are a new member, please complete the two (2) forms below; bring the completed forms, with cash or a cheque (payable to Sue Abell), to your next class.
